Mini Ice Cream Cakes

Surprise your family with these mini ice cream cakes,after dinner with a spectacular dessert!

You just need to buy some yogurt! Prepare them in the morning, and dinner they will already be ready.
Ingredients

1 cup Graham crackers, crushed
4 yogurts Yoplait ® French Vanilla
2 cups of vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup strawberries, cut
Strawberries, to taste to decorate

Instructions

Equally shared the Cup crackers crushed at the bottom of 4 small ramekins. Set aside them.
In a bowl, mix yogurt and ice cream. Divide this mixture into 2 and put a portion in the refrigerator while you prepare the first layer. Divided into equal parts mixture of yogurt and ice cream in 4 ramekins. It comes from the same way with chopped strawberries.
Use another mixture of yogurt and ice cream to distribute it evenly among 4 ramekins. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until firm.
Before serving, it passes each ramekin by warm water to release the mini cakes. Decorate with strawberries and serve.
