Fruity Sundae Breakfast

Serves 1-2
1 ripe banana
15 ml (1 tbsp) cottage cheese
6 grapes, halved
5 g (1 tsp) wheat germ
2 g (1/2 tsp) cinnamon
6 sliced strawberries
30-45 ml (2-3 tbsp) natural yoghurt
5 ml (1 tbsp) chopped pecans

1.Cut banana length-wise and place in a
Bowl.
2. Combine cheese with grapes, wheat germ,
And cinnamon.
3. Form into a scoop and set in  middle of
Banana.
4. Top with strawberries and yoghurt and
Honey.
5. Sprinkle with nuts.
