Grand Granola Breakfast
Serves 4
25 g (1 tbsp) sesame seeds
25 g (1 tbsp) sunflower seeds
25 g (1 tbsp) pumpkin seeds
25 g (1 tbsp) shredded coconut
225 g (8 oz) porridge oats
25 g (1 tbsp) chopped almonds
25 g (1 tbsp) chopped pecans
30 ml (2 tbsp) runny honey
70 g (2 1/2 oz) raisins
1.Grind together all the seeds and coconut.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients.
3. Spread thinly on a baking sheet
4. Bake at 1500C (Gas Mark 2) for 20 minutes
Or until lightly toasted.
5. leave to cool and store in a airtight
Container.
6. Serves with organic dairy or rice milk.
