Quinoa Porridge Breakfast

It’s a staple part of their diet, I find that the best way to
Have quinoa is in a porridge.
You can get quinoa (from your health food store), and you can use these to
Make a porridge by replacing half of the porridge oats
(recipe above) with the flaked quinoa. Or you can replace
Half of your oats with 25 g (1 tbsp) of the quinoa grains
And simmer in a little water for around 15 minutes until
Soft (don’t let the water dry out), then add to the oats
And milk and simmer for a further 10 minutes until creamy.
